Solo for Una Corda (keyboard)
About
Sometimes music is born in the most unexpected moments. In 2024, while recovering from melanoma skin cancer, I kept a diary that I later shared with theater director Peter Leung. Confronted and deeply moved, I returned to my studio, opened myself completely, and began to play. This piece is the direct recording of that moment — raw, honest, and unfiltered.
Wandering In Moments is also inspired by a pas de deux with my close friend Redo. In our duet, I was the unskilled mover, learning to adapt and trust, while observing the fluidity between him and dancer Zoe. Out of this exchange, the music emerged naturally — capturing themes of trust, patience, flow, and connection.
