I’m Dominique Vleeshouwers, also known as DOMNIQ — a percussionist, composer, and creator. My work moves between classical, world, and new music, always seeking connections with dance, visual art, and technology.

I’ve performed as a soloist with orchestras such as the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra, Amsterdam Sinfonietta, the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, and the São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra (OSESP). I released my album A New Dawn, collaborated with DJs like Patrice Bäumel and Max Cooper, and created interdisciplinary productions for leading venues including the Concertgebouw, Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, and the Barbican Centre — for example A New Dawn with breakdancer REDO.

Alongside performing, I’m passionate about sharing knowledge with the next generation. That’s why I started Dominique Talks Percussion — a growing platform full of tutorials, scores, and inspiration for percussionists worldwide.
